Shipping policy
Order Processing
We do our best to process and ship orders quickly and accurately. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Timeframes
Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days after you receive your tracking information. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary during holidays or other high-volume periods.
Shipping Delays
Gemzeez is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Gemzeez is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returned to Sender Packages
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed packages, the order will not be eligible for a refund. Once the package is returned to us, customers may choose to have the order reshipped at their own expense. If reshipment is not requested, the order will be considered final.
Gemzeez is not responsible for carrier handling, delivery refusals, or return-to-sender actions initiated by the carrier or recipient.
Missing Packages (Not Delivered)
If your package is missing and not marked as delivered, please contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update so we can assist with a replacement. Refunds will not be issued for missing packages.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Gemzeez is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation. Replacements will be at the discretion of Gemzeez.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Gemzeez is not responsible for delays, fees, or refused deliveries related to customs processing.
