COVID-19 Shipping Update: A message to our Gemzeez Family

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and our customers.
What does this mean for you?
  • Processing times may be delayed. Processing times are generally within 3 - 7 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions. These processing times occur before an order is shipped.
  • We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
  • You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped or unfulfilled order at any time for a full refund.

*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Domestic packages that are shipped via USPS arrive in 3 - 7 business days depending on where your package starts and where it's going. With COVID 19 you could experience delays. UPS Domestic deliveries take 1- 3 business days. International deliveries ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL. UPS and DHL International deliveries arrive in 2 - 5 business days. Customs forms and or import fees may apply. 

Fulfilled (orders with tracking information) or shipped orders are ineligible for cancelation and refunds.

If you need a change of address, please let us know, and we will do our best to catch it in time. Once the order is fulfilled, the address cannot be changed. 

If an order with an incorrect address was fulfilled, is in transit, or is delivered, we are only able to reship the product. Gemzeez will however not be responsible for these new shipping fees. Refunds will not be accepted. 

In the unlikely event that your Gemzeez package is lost within mail system, meaning it was never scanned into the shipment system, we will replace it waiving shipping costs or issue a product refund. 

If your package was marked as delivered to the correct address entered at checkout and you are unable to locate it, we are able to reship your product. If your package was returned to sender, we are able to offer a product refund or reship. In the case of a refund, shipping costs will not be refunded. In the case of a reship, Gemzeez will not be responsible for previous or new shipping costs.
