Refund Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final*. Please note, Gemzeez reserves the right to refuse all returns.

*At this time, our return policy has been updated to allow customers to cancel all unfulfilled and unshipped orders for a full refund. If you wish to cancel or have any questions, please contact customer service at hello@gemzeez.com. 

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package.

Fulfilled or shipped orders are ineligible for cancelation and refunds. 

We cannot guarantee your Gemzeez will last up to the desired date as it is a DIY kit and results may vary.
