How long will my Gemzeez last?

Gemzeez are temporary! Gemzeez can last anywhere from the time of application until it falls off or is removed, up to 2 weeks. This is sometimes shorter, and sometimes longer! If you pick and play with it, it can fall off sooner!

But don’t worry, you can still brush your teeth, and eat without a problem. Gemzeez kit is meant to be used once. You cannot reuse gems once they come off. To make the most out of your Gemzeez kit and prolong your resin, store it in a dark place, away from UV light and sunshine.

As our teeth come in different textures, shapes, and sizes, results vary and we cannot guarantee everyone will have the same results. You may not have the same result as your friends.

How do I remove my Gemzeez?

Gemzeez are super easy to remove! Gemzeez will last from the time of application, up until it falls off on its own. If your Gemzeez does not come off on its own within 1 to 2 weeks, just pick it off using your nail, or even a tweezer. You can also slide a piece of floss in between your tooth and the Gemzeez. If you feel a little resin or gem backing is still on your tooth, take your finger nail and scratch it off. You may also use the tip of an emory board AKA a nail file! Be careful to only file away the backing or resin, and not your tooth! Our gems are temporary and it is unlikely any residue will remain! Our formula is not meant to be permanent, so rest assured, any residue will come off.

How do Gemzeez stay on your teeth?

Gemzeez comes with Dental Grade and Dentist approved Gemzeez UV Bonding Resin and Cleansing Gel. When the cleansing gel is rubbed on the tooth, it microscopically buffs the enamel, causing it to temporarily look chalky! The amount time the cleansing gel is rubbed on the tooth, and the chalkiness of the tooth's surface will determine how long the gem stay! Next the Resin applied on the tooth, and cured with a UV light! The resin dries and allows the gem to stick to your tooth. Kind of like a gel manicure, but made for your mouth! First you prep and buff, and then you paint! but made for your mouth!

What are Gemzeez?

Gemzeez are the original DIY Temporary Tooth Gem Kit, designed to put a little sparkle on your smile! We use Swarovski crystals and Dental Grade UV Bonding Resin and Cleansing Gel, set by a UV light to achieve a sparkly smile.

Will the gem, resin, and gel harm my tooth?

No. All materials are Dental Grade and Dentist approved! It is made specifically for your tooth and it will not cause any harm to your tooth. Mild and temporary sensitivity may occur. But, because these materials are dental grade, they contain chemicals that can cause harm when used improperly or on any part of the body that is not the tooth! Our resin and gel should only touch the tooth, and should avoid all contact with gums or other mucus membranes. Please refer to the instructions on the kit for all care and warnings.

Are these safe on veneers or dentures?

Yes! Gemzeez are safe on veneers and dentures, however they might not last as long as they would on tooth enamel!

Does the UV Bonding Liquid or Cleansing gel have a taste?

You may experience a bit of a bitter or sour taste in your mouth after the application, sort of like when you eat a lemon! But don’t worry, once you rinse your mouth with water the taste goes away! Be sure to throughly rinse your mouth out with water after application. Do NOT ingest the UV Bonding Resin or Cleansing Gel. If more than a pea size amount is ingested or swallowed, contact a Doctor or poison control immediately.

How old do I have to be to wear Gemzeez?

Gemzeez are for all ages and for everyone! We recommend parental supervision for anyone under 13 years old, as when used improperly, the Cleansing Gel can cause minor harm to mucus membranes, or serious harm if swallowed or ingested.

Does it hurt to apply a Gemzeez?

Not at all! Applying a Gemzeez is a painless process. It’s really fun, and easy to do! Mild and temporary tooth sensitivity might occur after application. Similar to a sensation you might experience after whitening your teeth or brushing with whitening toothpaste. Please carefully follow all instructions and warnings and be sure to avoid contact with your gums.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

No. All sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please note, Gemzeez reserves the right to refuse all returns.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue.

What method is used for shipping?

Domestic packages are shipped via USPS. USPS Domestic deliveries arrive in 3 - 7 business days, depending on where your package starts and where it's going. With COVID 19 you could experience delays. International deliveries ship via UPS or DHL. UPS and DHL International deliveries arrive in 2 - 5 business days. Customs forms and or import fees may apply. In the unlikely event that your Gemzeez package is lost, we will replace it.

Can I change my address?

We allow address changes before a product has shipped. When checking out, make sure you have your address correct! We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries for a change of address after a product ships, or incorrect addresses.

I am having trouble applying my Gemzeez.

If you are having trouble applying your Gemzeez or it is not staying on and or falling off rather quickly, try these tips!

Make sure your tooth is clean and dry! The amount of Cleansing Gel used and time applied/rubbed on will determine how long the gem stay on! If you rub the gel on longer, your tooth will get chalkier! The chalkier your tooth is, the stronger the base will be.
Apply enough UV Bonding Resin on your tooth to the exact gem location to make sure it will stay. Make sure you apply enough to fit the size and shape of the gem. If your gem is sliding around before you cure it with the light, don't be afraid to adjust it with your wax picker!
It is ok to move the Gemzeez around on your tooth until you get the desired location. Use the back of your applicator, wax picker, or even your finger. But, if it is sliding around too much, the resin will also be spread around, and there might not be enough where you want the gem, so you might wan to apply more!
We recommend holding the UV light to the gem for a minimum of 3 - 4 minutes. If you’re finding it’s not staying long enough, try holding up the light for an extra minute next time! HELPFUL HINT: The UV light has a switch on the back!
Designs are fun, but it is best to apply one gem at a time, until you get the hang of it! the process may take longer, but the results will be better.
Practice makes perfect! We cannot guarantee your Gemzeez will last as long as ours. We have had a lot of practice! It may last shorter. That is why we provide multiple gems. Results vary and are dependent on your application process.

How long will it take to fulfill and ship my Gemzeez Starter Kit?

Due to COVID 19 fulfillment can take 3 -7 business days to fulfill.

I am an international costumer (outside USA.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

Packages are shipped via UPS and DHL. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Gemzeez.

Why am I not receiving updates on my order?
