Domestic packages that are shipped via USPS arrive in 3 - 10 business days depending on where your package starts and where it's going. International deliveries ship via Passport. Passport International deliveries arrive in 3 - 10 business days. Customs forms and or import inclusive in shipping fee. 

Fulfilled (orders with tracking information) or shipped orders are ineligible for cancelation and refunds.

Address Changes: Once an order is placed, if you need a change of address, please let us know and we will do our best to catch it in time. We cannot guarantee changes. Once the order is fulfilled, the address cannot be changed, and Gemzeez is not responsible for new shipping costs as well as replacing orders to new addresses.

If an order with an incorrect address was fulfilled, is in transit, or is delivered, we are only able to reship the product. Gemzeez will however not be responsible for these new shipping fees. Refunds will not be accepted. 

In the unlikely event that your Gemzeez package is lost within mail system, meaning it was never scanned into the shipment system, we will replace it waiving shipping costs or issue a product refund. 

If your package was marked as delivered to the correct address entered at checkout and you are unable to locate it, we are able to reship your product. If your package was returned to sender, we are able to offer a product refund or reship. In the case of a refund, shipping costs will not be refunded. In the case of a reship, Gemzeez will not be responsible for previous or new shipping costs.
